His soul-hax isn't 4-D at all lol. The 4-D AP doesn't really matter here if it's soul paralyzing and as Gilver gave, he resists anyway.

It wasn’t. We literally see during the Hyperdeath fight that Frisk is able to move their soul, but later on, it’s stated they only can’t move their body, not their soul.
