It’s probably not even luck as unless it happens multiple times in a short timeframe (and they were just standing still when they dodged) it wouldn’t be anything out of the ordinary

Without further context, it could just be regular luck. But if they do it on multiple cases and it appeared they anticipated some attacks behind them, it could enhanced senses or gifted or higher level intelligence.

Context is really important. Knowing stuff like their known powerset, prior encounters with their opponent, and the mechanics of how they performed the feat are vital information when it comes to figuring out what ability the feat displays

What Sheev said. Instead of jumping to conclusions, we should analyze the encounter completely and know all the dodger's strength and weaknesses and the assailant's strengths and weaknesses, including all their combat skills and capabilities.
