umm, I'm a little confused about the Arata Key that I made first. Well, Arata has 3 keys, namely Demon Lord Candidate, Demon Lord, Great Demon Lord.
At that time I said that the Demon Lord Key starts during chapter 38 (as I recall). But actually Arata did not become a Demon Lord there, but Arata got the title "Trinity". And there is one chapter in Dante's Arc where it turns out that Arata became the Great Demon Lord there. In addition, there he jumped a little. From "Demon Lord Candidate" directly to "Great Demon Lord". Not becoming a Demon Lord first.
So I'm really confused about that, can anyone tell me about Arata's title, like in what chapter did Arata become Demon Lord?.

I assume that by "Trinity" you mean is Trinity form, and actually that is just a name for the robes for The Demon Lord. With that, he changed his status from only "Candidate" as a Demon Lord to a True Demon Lord.
He still remain as Demon Lord at that moment.
