1. On what basis would it be assumed that your power mimicry would work outside the context of your verse.

2. Would copying an ability and ignoring the mechanism behind the usage of that power qualify as one?

Let's say I need mana to use my powers, but then someone copies all my powers but uses his life energy to use these powers, meaning he's simply ignoring the mechanism behind the usage of my powers.

What I learned from Garou is that power mimicry in crossverse battles is really, really strict unless you have conceptual understanding or something of the sort.

You can only copy what you showed to copy or something like that. Unless you're 1-A
