Garou fights a number

four has dura neg anyways, so it's basically just if four one shots garou before dying to radiation (or being one shot manually)

Well, looking at his profile Four not only has Low-High regen ( returning from becoming a puddle ) but the ability to function normally while in that state.
This alone means the only attack Garou has that can destroy him at that level is a GRB. And if he uses size manip to become planet/sun sized on top of that regen then Garou is pretty much done at that moment, as he lacks the AOE to destroy him at that level. ( he technically can with a shockwave, but it came from a clash and we have no idea if he can replicate that alone with a punch or NFF)
Four also seems to have a lot of hax that can be triggered with words/thoughts/gestures that could win the fight, but idk his ic behaviour or how trigger happy he is with most of it.
Garou's wincon here is hitting Four with a GRB before he uses his size manip or any instant win hax.

Although, doesn’t Garou just copy everything of Four’s techniques? Then again, all Four needs to do is touch Garou once to activate his mutilation to instantly kill him.

He has a thought based BFR that takes you to the EXIT, which is a pocket realm inside of him. He can also snap his fingers to incapacitate Garou by having him helplessly telekinetically dragged into the air as he’s taken into the BRB (Big Rotating Building), where he is trapped into a cage that not even the contestants could break out of (Although, he does have far higher AP than the contestants, so the cages might not work).

Well they do, but it's only like 0.00000000000000000315576 mSv, while Garou passively emits 100000 mSv, has punches that cause explosions that contain 240000 mSv, and can rip apart 4's atoms with a Gamma Ray Burst that has 86000000000000 mSv.Black Holes don't emit radiation what are you talking about

Sadly only Blast has interdimensional travel with gates. The wiki only accepts Garou as being able to travel and BFR to places within his sight. (even if he can see further than most.)

You didn't bring up the sun's Sievert comparing to Garou's Sievert. Unless we know the exact values. Passive radiation wouldn't be a good arguement.
