So, I have a question.

In this novel I'm reading, the protagonist has this weird thing where he can tell a bunch of medical symptoms just from measuring one's pulse while holding their hand. (Scan)

Is this an intelligence feat, or some form of Enhanced Senses or whatever? Idk

I personally also think it's just intelligence, but, at the same time it feels like you'd also need some form of Enhanced Senses. Idk lol.

The Medical Knowledge necessary to discern the afflictments of the patient based on how they affect the pulse

The senses required to actually perceive those irregularities on said pulse.

And Information Analylsis, because he can tell the status of a person through those abilities
