When is something considered Immeasurable speed besides time traveling?

Moving so fast you surpass the existential level of time itself to the point where it no longer has any control over you

Also apparently bypassing space-time barriers through sheer speed grants that speed, but others have told me it should not be a speed feat at all, just merely dimensional travel or some other hax like that.

Time travelling actually is just hax, unless there is more contexts. Other than that:
1. Faster than instant, passive
2. Fly from lower dimension to higher dimension through sheer speed. Still i think this feat need contexts

Time travelling through sheer speed is common feat though

Faster than "instant" isn't a feat beyond superhuman by default, instant doesn't always mean 0 time

the second one is not quantifiable

Instant and passive here mean infinite, your definition of instant is about speed blitzing perspective

The second one i said already, need contexts
