I'd lay to say one thing that I just found silly as said before the Zamasu erasure was for spectacle since it was our first time seeing Zeno do some serious damage but aside from this we're told he gets angry and then instantly negs multiple universes and we also see him casually waving then away as well in the TOP which would make the Zamasu erasure; spectacle aside the only one that took a couple of seconds of build up being the odd one out
