Godzilla can totally just absorb the Gamma Radiation from Hulk and Vision's Stone to become stronger as the fight goes on since he literally feeds on Radiation. Also, doesn't Godzilla passively heat up everything around him? I know he passively boils the water he swims in so that might screw over the Avengers who can't withstand heat that well. Also, if they try to drop Mjolnir on him, he's just gonna break that shit since he's like 3× stronger than Hela who casually did that and she's unquantifiably stronger than Thor at the time since she wasn't getting Amped by Asgard at the time. Also, if Vision tries to phase inside of Godzilla he's probably getting fried by Godzilla's Radiation since has no resistance to it.
The only one with heat and radiation resistance is Thor

I still think vision just phases through him
I already explained why that doesn't work given he'll phase right into Godzilla's internal radiation, which we can't assume he'll be unaffected by given all we know about his phasing is that it works by decreasing his density so he moves through solid objects. The problem here is that energy and radiation ain't solid, they're forms of heat, and assuming Vision can phase through them while his density is decrease is NLF. Even worse, Vision doesn't resist radiation nor extreme heat.

Doesn't the guy become like... Non physical or something?

I've seen a lot of debating for Godzilla; don't forget to vote otherwise they won't be counted.

That’s totally viable…..he’s done something similar before
1 Against a WAY smaller creature. It's way harder to do it to Godzilla given his size. Plus, going near his mouth risks him getting fried by the death breath

2. Godzilla is too durable for that given Pre-Awakening Thor wasn't harmed by the Bifrost's shards. And Godzilla himself is extremely durable and enduring

3. The diameter of the Bifrost is way too small even compared to Godzilla's head

I think it’s everyone is discounting Tony’s ability to come up with a plan to beat Godzilla. He IS a superhuman genius.
That doesn't generate anymore solid options for them. They are at a huge AP and LS advantage, and they can't viably get past Godzilla's endurance and stamina

So, I gave the Avengers some Prep time. Not that it does much for most, but it gives Stark and Banner time to develop some tech.

How does 'developing tech' even work here? Do we just no-limit fallacy they can make perfect tech to counter him, do they make specific tools they've been shown to make, what?
Does Banner in MCU even invent stuff as his go-to, or at all? Does it matter? If Iron Man's best suit can't beat Gozilla, it seems weird to just say 'ah yea he can just invent this thing he never did to counter a thing that shot a hole through half the planet within a few minutes if I give him completely unspecified prep time'.

I mean, with a month of prep and prior knowledge on Godzilla, they could probably come up with some stratagy or build something simular to Ultron that they could use to try and fight back. A strategy they could employ is having someone fly Wanda around and try to keep her out of Godzilla's way so that she can get up close to him and use Mind Manipulation. Would it work? Probably not. But some stratagy along those lines might. I came up with that idea in like, 30 seconds. With 1 month to prepare and Extraordinary Geniuses like Tony and Banner, they might be able to come up with something. I'm not voting at all, but I am saying that the Avengers do have a shot at this now.

Don't think its particularly realisitc to say they'd just pull an allied ultron out of their ass, a guy who's too strong for this fight to begin with and even if they could, the fight is avengers v godzilla not avengers v squatting on the floor for a month hoping literally 1 guy in their team invents someone stronger. At that point its basically just fanon. Feels more fair if they're using the prep time to study godzilla than use tools they canonically already have. Like if they have incredibly strong EMP's. Those **** on Zilla's breath.

How does Wanda's mind manip work? If its strong enough I don't see why that wouldn't be enough. This Zilla doesn't have any feats resisting anything like that even in extended far as I remember. Off the top of my head only Amhuluk and maybe spirit tiger have offensive psychic powers in this verse (Ghiddorah and Mothra maybe are pyschic but not battle relevant). The former requires touching you to do his thing, the latter Zilla never actually faught. So he probably has literally 0 experience dealing with invisible attacks like this. The EMP's he fought had fairly visible shockwaves. Don't see why she wouldn't be able to just instantly win if her mind manip is good enough.

So, Iron Man has made specific suits in the past to counter certain things, some of which apply here:
  • Mark XXIII - Counters extremely hot temperatures
  • Mark XXV - Counters extreme hot temperatures and electrical surges
  • Mark XXVI - Counters extreme hot temperatures, electrical surges and gamma radiation
  • Mark XXVIII - Counters extreme levels of radiation
My best guess is that he'll design a suit, alongside Banner and Vision, fitting for those who are useless, designing it around their own powers/weaponry while implementing the crucial resistances needed to keep them from harm. Thor likely wouldn't need a suit because he's based he already should resist the dangers Godzilla poses.

After that, it's about coming up with a strategy that works and maybe making some upgrades to the Iron Legion if they have enough time to do so.

If Thor is immune to zilla via simple durability by default and Wanda can potentially 1 shot him via mind-hax, why are we giving them a month on top of that to invent a suit stronger than any they canonically have?
Its just spite at that point.
Just say the avengers win as is, what can he do if thor just blocks him and wanda mind manips?

No, Thor already has resistances to heat and radiation himself, not pure attack force

Wanda is very unskilled in the key, and she needs to be very close to her target to even do anything, which would be very difficult.

The prep time balances it out. It only gives time to refit suits with the ability to nullify the effects of heat and radiation from Godzilla.

How is it spite? If it was spite, I would change it to the Endgame team and the IG

Again Thor can't block Godzilla's attacks? Mjolinr is way too small to do so and again, Wanda needs to get close to Godzilla which would be very dangerous.

Giving one side time to become literally immune to the other side is not 'evening it out', its making it blatantly unfair in favor of one side or the other and turning it from godzilla v these characters to godzilla v some made up characters who don't exist using gear they don't have in the verse we're looking at here.

Chill.

Just because they are resistant to a couple of abilities, doesn't make it a stomp all of a sudden. Godzilla still has 3.2x AP gap which is a lot.

"some made up characters who don't exist using gear they don't have in the verse we're looking at here"

Made up characters? Wut? I already sourced above technology Tony made which is completely reasonable for him to make.

Just because I'm not using emoticons and such doesn't mean I'm not chill.
They're currently resistant to those abilities. You posted suits that specifically resist them. Your plan is to give them 1 month of prep time (in a fight that's already a dozen v 1 and already favors the avengers) to get an unspecified amount more resistant. Which could be immunity. How do I know? Its as tough as you arbitarily dictate is his max level of toughness.

They're currently resistant to those abilities.
No, only Thor is
(in a fight that's already a dozen v 1
9 isn't a dozen, half of whom are literally useless as they die instantly.
already favors the avengers)
It does not favour the Avengers at all. It was already stated that it was a near stomp in favour of Godzilla because they had no win cons.
Its as tough as you arbitarily dictate is his max level of toughness.
Where did I imply that? All I said was that Godzilla is already 3.2x stronger than everyone already.
