If it's canon and apart of the same canonicity, yes.
If it's merely an adaption, a different but similar telling, or what not, then no.
Compare it to like, how One Punch Man's manga and webcomic, well both the same story, are two very different canons, you can not mix them.
But something like using a sound drama for Metal gear, that is fine because it is indeed canon.
It's case by case, but it has to be the same canon.. It being similar or an adaption of the same thing simply isn't enough unless like the author himself comes out and goes "lol the [thing here] version of this scene actually takes precedence because [reasons]".

Okay here a example, https://baike.baidu.com/item/英雄再临/23614321. The author says the manga and light novel are the same with same story and cannon.This is the wiki of hero I quit? also latest manga chapter 398 and is volume 19 in the LN with same plot, so this would be valid right?.

No idea, don't know that verse, but if what you're saying is true and is meant to be taken at face value and he doesn't just mean adapting the same story (and assuming there isnt contradictions), it should be ok I'd think? But again. I don't know the verse to say for sure.

I think it can if it's canon and the storyline is the same. because there is a canon but not too same the storyline is one of them kumo desu ga nani ka
