So, if there's a novel that has a manga, can we directly use feats and statements from the manga to scale the novel? Or are there some requirements before we can do that?
 
Normally no, you need to prove that manga is and extended canon that expand from the novel, or at least is a faithful adaptation that is 1:1 with novel
 
If it's a canon addition like a canon sequel, yes. If it's an adaptation we need to prove it's faithful in some regard and then it'd be supporting evidence to the novel.
 
if there are some feats in the novel that are vague and the manga illustrates those feats visually you are allowed to use the manga as a reference material to gauge the novel's feats by virtue of being corporate canon
