true form Arceus does not affect being in a 5-dimensional structure because he is at the top of spacetime. As the idea of "more than countably infinite times greater in power or size" implies, most statements of superiority wouldn't suffice to reach qualitative. superiority, even if applied to already being infinitely stronger than the baselines for the level. E.g. being twice, a hundred or even infinite times stronger than a Multiverse level+ character, who already has infinite multiversal strength, would still not be enough to reach qualitative superiority. over a multiverse

It is not about not allowed, but normal user account doesn't have that function/feature. So you can "ping" all you want, other members or staffs will not receive any notification

It was never the argument, it was that Arceus transcends the concepts of space, time, parallel universes and directions on a 4D scale, aka 5D.
 
The reason for Arceus being Low 1-C is that his realm is beyond the space-time of a 2-A multiverse with omnipresent 4D beings such as Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina existing as insignificant aspects of his being.
 
I have no knowledge when it comes to Pokémon. However, Strym and Shadow's reasonings seem straight up Low 1-C to me.
 
But Trainer have 3 dimensions and Dialga Palkia Giratina, the personification of SpaceTime, where Arceus is superior, but based on lore and Baseline, is still unable to ascend to the 5th dimension.
 
If it is the 5th dimension, Uxie Mesprit Azelf is unable to contact Arceus and can't approach Arceus + with Lore game Trainner until unable to fight or contact Arceus.
 
also keep in mind the bozo only has 5d creation and nothing else. Smoking on that Pokemon pack
