• these achievements referencing the biblical creation myth imply that generating a "world" = creating the universe and not just the one planet that you screw around with
• some of the loading screen text when generating a world like "creating atoms" and "calculating quants" imply that all of reality is being created from scratch
• the fact that you can choose to have different worlds operate with their own separate laws of physics, which really shouldn't be a thing if they're just different planets in the cosmos

you can also control the flow of time, so this should probably be low 2-C, maybe low multiversal range since you can save up to 30 worlds in a catalogue and mess with any of them whenever you like
seems simple to me, just need confirmation
this is a very fun game/toy, I recommend it

Hmmm... Idk. I don't think achievement vaguely referencing the bible is enough evidence for universe level.

Creating atoms and quants could be considered just matter and quantum manipulation. And changing laws of physics can by law/physics manipulation. And time is time manip.

the fact you can control time was just meant to back up a low 2-C rating, creating a space-time continuum, as opposed to just creating all the matter in the universe
the rest is subjective really, it's a sandbox game with no inherent lore where you play as god, I'm just bored :v
