So I've put several references on a sandbox im doing but when I go and hover over them the box that states the title for the reference doesn't pop up for me. I don't know why and Im wondering if im doing something wrong or if its just due to it being in a sandbox

As long as you write the references like this

<ref name="Volume 1 Chapter 1">Volume 1 Chapter 1</ref>

It should be fine

Ive been putting the name then chapter cause volume hasn't come out yet so im unsure of it

As long you've done the reference format correctly then you don't have to worry about it, it'll work fine when posted. You can send the link to the sandbox so I can also check if you like

Yeah the formatting looks fine. All you have to do is just add link to the profile of characters others scale to after they're posted. And including scans/references of cases like Feng fighting/keeping up with Andy and shen and other feats for scaling other characters would be better too.
