You know that Immeasurable is move beyond linear time? Astharoth will always see Rimuru as something frozen and rimuru will never be able to perceive Astharoth.

This honestly doesnt seem like Incon but just a bad mismatch

Incon is usually valid when either characters have valid win conditions but either cant reach them or its unknown who would reach theirs first.

In this case, their is no win condition for either character in a speed unequal match.
Astaroth is too fast for Rimuru to perciece let alone mount an attack and Astaroth can take effectively take down Rimuru with anything

Neither has identifiable win cons nor anyway way to reach one. So this is just a classic case of a bad stalemate

time travel skill + velgrynd attack (web novel wise) have not enough description to reach immeasurable, as it transcend space-time in a sense of reach parallel dimensions, such as bypassing Veldora parallel existence + no immeasurable in profile = no immeasurable speed in the VS match
