To give Iron Man his 8-A+ Ratings for the Charged Repulsors as shown in the Calc that gives hin said rating as well as giving his higher tier armors "Higher with Charged Repulsors".

Well, I would assume it would come from a full power charge. Since a 5 second charged attack was bordering Low 7-C, it should be reasonable that a full charge would be into Low 7-C, but it would be baseline as it would be unspecified how far into the tier would be.

I added all of the Charged Repulsor stuff but I didn't add the Low 7-C thing because that literally came out of nowhere at the last minute.

Anyway, Marks 6-44 being 8-A+ via charge-up doesn't seem to be too bad given that the gap between their attack and baseline Low 7-C (1000 tons of TNT) isn't exactly that big and is fine under our upscaling standards, so upscaling to "potentially Low 7-C at full power" should be fine. One could say that it was only a one-time moment, but then I remembered, "hey, he went full power against Ultron in a 3-man-team with Vision and Thor to be able to melt away Ultron's Vibranium body", so I guess it could work?

As for Marks 50-85, just give a "higher by charging up repulsors".

Idk, that feels off because that would only really apply to Age of Ultron Iron Man and not IM2 Tony since I'm pretty sure War Machine and him did Charge up to their Maximum Outputs to kill Whiplash. At most I only really comfortable giving the Possibly Higher Rating to AoU Tony but even that's weird since Ultron wasn't Low 7-C at that point, he was 7-A.

I would assume so since it's a more powerful suit that he wears over his other suit that has the same function.

But that would be Possibly 7-A not Low 7-C since Ultron is 7-A+ in that fight.
