I assumed since Iron Man can take hits from his own Repulsors his Dura would get a Possibly Higher too.

Yeah, that's what's getting the Possibly Higher Rating. He didn't charge up against Ultron, he just kept shooting him with the same Repulsor.

Idk, I wasn't worried about them for this Thread.

I had thought it had been previously concluded that Ultron's vibranium armor wasn't really directly destroyed by the combined attack, but the vibranium pieces just fell away when his non-vibranium inner layers were melted (which is already noted in his weaknesses section)
