You're in the middle of it, is it resistance to Gravity Hax or Lifting Strength?

If it's confirmed to be a Black Hole, then Gravity Resistance is fine, and so is Resistance to Black Hole Creation. As for Lifting Strength that's more complex, you should ask a calc member.

i Don’t know what you exactly mean by moving, but if the person resist the black hole in general, they should at least have resistance to gravity and radiation.

It's simple, the character move in it with no problem.

I forgot to mention that you're on the middle of the black hole.
Oh okay then. At the center of the black hole is the singularity, where the gravity and density are infinite. It will attract you to the center and assuming you able to move freely despite of that, I guess it also equate to your lifting strength assuming he done it physically with no hax.

The character done it with no special technique or anything, just walking inside it.

That would mean infinite lifting strength I suppose? since you have to counteract the strength of the gravity of the black hole which is infinite. But it’s better asking calc group like what actuallyspaceman suggest.

Black Holes have no surface, so you meant flying inside it? That said, anyone who is FTL can prevent themselves from falling into the singularity with just their speed. This may also give them resistance to gravity hax

God. You're surviving in a singularity, you somehow survived the spaghettification due to the tidal forces, and so on. He survived the extreme radiations as well.

You survived being aspatial as well, at the singularity, as well as infinite density due to a finite amount of mass in a 0 amount of space(singularities are 0D if it's not a rotating BH, if it does rotates then it's a ringularity or 1D).

Poor character too, since time passess slower the more he approaches due to the gravitational time dillation, at first not so much, but when he reached the event horizon everyone he knew is dead yay!

Several physics shenanigans. from radiation, gravity manip(and subsequently due to gravity, matter spaghettification), spatial erasure? Lifting strenght etc etc
