CW Flash Revision

At this rate, I might as well just watch season 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 to catalogue everything.
Me to Asura about the quality of these seasons (especially season 7) be like:

Oh it was definitely campy and at times downright ridiculous but it still had enough good stuff to be entertaining both because of how funny it could be and because it had genuine good points and moments of quality. And again, Devoe was a good antagonist. Then came Season 5

Pretty much all stood by season 4 except for the whole "We are the Flash" thing like respectfully that was absolutely ass and garbage and I didn't mind Ralph too much because he was a new taste in the show that we hadn't really had before which imo made it a bit refreshing

Ralph is mostly unfunny, but not as unfunny as I remembered. He also says 'Think, Allen, Think', so that's outstanding.

Did they just forget about the Accelerated Man in later seasons? Maybe he dead.

This time, I'll mostly list less minor things. Mostly power additions, showings of Barry just being far superior to everyone, low/high-end feats, and retroactive scaling.

Episode 1:
  • It's implied Samuroid is among the powerful villains they've gone up against.
  • Wally can't damage the Samuroid, but he can make him grunt. I don't think he should scale, but Samuroid is in the epicentre of the shockwave it creates with not even the remotest sign of damage.
  • Barry's learned to cut through objects easier by vibrating (he also does this to concrete in episode 11), like Jay, so he should get that listed somewhere.
Episode 2: Barry can still withstand his own lightning.

Episode 16: Iris instantly makes a giant tidal wave. Iris gets to 1800 mph, and I think Barry said she was faster than when he first got his powers. So I'm pretty sure this scales to Season 2 Barry.

Side note, but I don't like this episode. Barry went through hell to master his powers, and Iris does it with much less difficulty.

Episode 18: Flash knocks out Ralph with a speed punch. Explosives capable of destroying a city block couldn't do that even while inside his body.

Episode 20: A lightning blast from Barry can debilitate DeVoe in Ralph's body.

Episode 22/23: DeVoe's satellite is massive. It has about the same width as the dark matter beam. Here's a reference for the overall size. I'm sure that if someone watched the episodes (basically just the end of episode 22 and beginning of 23) in a higher quality, calculated the size and got an IRL reference, we could put Barry well into the megaton range.

There's also some more detailed information on the satellite almost 28 minutes into episode 23.

Edit: Also, there's a map from Wells showing the debris scattering radius in Season 5 Episode 5.

Edit 2: There's also a detailed schematic of the core part in episode 6.

Edit 3: The satellite is made of micro-composite alloys. This is a real thing, but a very general term.

As I explained, there's feats from these seasons that backscale to those characters (even more here since Nora < Post-Barry Zoom).

Plus, there's a ton of abilities to add.

Yeah he's pretty forgettable lmao
But yeah upscaling works and Savitar could get likely 8-B in his suit

I think I talked about this before, but Rival was on par with weaker characters and so was the Flash (reduced to like Mach 3) this part of the season.

I'm fairly sure this scales to or a little above BoS Season 2 Flash.

I'll watch all the cross-over episodes after I'm done with the syndicated portion of season 8.

Barry is explained to have a speed force aura at the end of Season 4, so should we have a 'while running'/'with the speed force statistic like the comics (especially given the events of season 5)? Most of his AP-based abilities are a product of speed anyway. It doesn't make that much sense, but neither do the holding back explanations on the Marvel and DC profiles, so I think we can just roll with it.

Now for all I can stand of Season 5 in one sitting.

(There's a scene in episode 3 where Ralph knocks out a guy, and we don't hear any sound effect. Supersonic Ralph via bad editing powers?)

Episode 2: Barry overpowers Block's abilities. Block made a high-density low-pressure zone that extended over a 6-city block radius.

Episode 3: Cicada can quite easily tank a lightning blast from Nora. I'm bringing this up for a later point.

Episode 6: Nora makes a tidal wave off-screen to draw out a satellite core segment from the bottom of a body of water. If we go by Iris, the tidal waves are relatively comparable to her loop size, so it should be calcable and applicable to Season 2/3 Flash, Zoom, etc.

Episode 7: Barry (who's calculated to be FTL in this episode) matches the Weather Wizard's daughter, who can create storms like her father.

Episode 11: When he stops holding back, Barry demolishes Cicada with power far surpassing his lightning bolts and anything he's done before. (ngl, it was very satisfying to see Cicada getting his ass handed to him). This substantiates the higher with full power thing we were talking for Season 7.

We can just use his depowered ratings. For example, Wall level physically (Can kind of sort of fight Oliver), Large Building level+ with Speed Force.

Not really, but there's a few examples, and even more where he stops using his powers for parts of fights (like the clone fight in season 1).

He can also withstand hits from Cicada with less damage than some metahumans.

Doesn’t he take blows from other SF users, or are we assuming the their durability increases when they run?

Yeah, he takes blows from Thawne, Zoom and so on and nothing indicates their durability increases when using the SF

He gets an aura to prevent speed effects, so I'm suggesting we do the same thing that we do with the comics and assume that is the case. Hence the LBL+ with Speed Force.

Intelligence: Below Average (Has been outsmarted by a Gorilla on numerous occasions. Does not seem to understand the concept of initiative, or that Mach 50 is a real thing)
"Has a terrible habit of stop running at superspeed to talk to villains he could easily blitz. Somehow manages to lose track of normal people although they only have a 2 second headstart on him"

Seems like something that’d go in weaknesses, if it wasn’t just massive PIS.
