What speed is dodging an omnipresent attack?

Immeasurable seems like the only thing that would make sense, as long as it was done using speed and not hax that is.

Rather than speed feats, i think it just approved that that omnipresent being is not exactly omnipresent at all except the one it fights is not encompassed by the omnipresent being, that's my take

How to dodge an Omnipresent character's attack if both before the fight and will dodge he's already at that point at the same time?

well if we consider the statement of that attack is true, then said character should dodge it by getting out from the realm that the omnipresent being that attack that character encompass at. Otherwise, it's an anti-feat for the omnipresent being

Raitei the Wrath generated lightning with the equation from the source through which all beings emanates, firing it so that it could transcend the universal concepts of time and space, completely striking omnipresently in all possible and impossible aspects. Chastity danced around the lightning, dodging the omnipresent attack. Villain didn’t dance, but dodging the lightning was a simple task. The lightning was literally and infinitely present everywhere at the same time, yet Chastity and Villain were able to utterly dodge each of the lightning bolts.

isn't that very strange? he is able to avoid attacks that can attack anywhere at any time across time and space, if indeed he can avoid it wouldn't that be a contra with the words "everywere even across time and space and beyond" in my opinion statement everywhere even across space and time even beyond that it's not something very strange, but I'm not saying that statement becomes something insolid, even speed immeasurable seems impossible to dodge such an attack

I mean how the **** that character capable of doing that? I guess fiction can be very wild very quick sometimes.
Anyway, if that lightning is indeed an omnipresent attack ie. It attack at all places at all times at the same time throughout the time and space itself, it should be considered a very OP aoe lightning, but considered the character has time to dodge it then i guess the character has a speed feat very high into immeasurable speed or that lightning attack is infact not an omnipresent attack at all

The only thing I have to compare this is Dante from DMC dodging attacks from an omnipresent void while being inside of it.

Also usually people can dodge attacks from spatio-temporal omnipresent beings if those beings’ attacks aren’t omnipresent as well.

1. As far as I know, Omnipresent is only obtained for an existential person, or himself, which makes him Omnipresent.
2.The Omnipresent attack will be a little bit in my opinion, because it becomes like a metaphor or flowery word, he just launched his attack, and suddenly appears in every space-time, is that what you mean? if yes, then that's weird, if it's an attack, then that attack is already unavoidable if according to the basic Omnipresent sense, and also I'm still against the Omnipresent attack.
3. Okay, let's assume what you said is true, maybe he just got resistance, because like I said, avoiding the Omnipresent attack does not make sense, unless it's out of his range

when you say an attack is "omnipresent" that would imply that the attack literally landed everywhere in existence at once. To dodge such an attack would literally mean you would have to move "outside" of existence in an instant, which would be at least infinite speed and likely immeasurable (if it hit everywhere including the past and present) imo

Depend on level of omnipresent, normally it is infinite, if the character omnipresent across time then immeasurable. But well that is general, still depend on context and feat to know what actually happen to evaluate. But

Even somehow you are omnipresent, unless the verse specific that you can attack at all place simultaneously, then you are no different than not omnipresent character when attacking
