Xenosaga wave existence tiering justification?

The best I can remember is Xenosaga 3 perfect guide compares higher realms to the gap between spatial dimensions and calls them "transcendent". It's also heavily implied that the imaginary domain is beyond both space and time (iirc they construct fake time for people that use imaginary number domain for travel since time doesn't exist there, and it's directly stated that imaginary domain lacks material restrictions like physical distance)
