How can you alter fate and probability and defy logic with it?

How does causality manipulation work?

Causality mean cause and effect, Causality is manipulating the cause, which in turn change the effect. For example i throw a rock at a tree, so the entire event is a rock was throw at a tree, the action of throwing a rock is the cause, result in the effect which is the rock hit the tree. Now you have causality manipulation, and you use it to change the cause, which is action of me throwing the rock. because of thus change, the effect which is the result the tree was hit by the rock also change because the reason leading to the tree was hit by a rock event changed.

The cause is you taking a step forward, the effect is you moving forward. You change that effect to because you took a step, you will die tomorrow from getting
hit by a car. Reality will work out how that happens, but the process is already in motion.
The same goes for probability. You threw the dice and they randomly land on a side (Cause and Effect). You change it so when you throw the dice, the effect is they have to land on what you want.
Honestly, Causality Manipulation lets you do whatever the hell you want.

You doesn't directly alter probability and fate, causality change the cause, thus in turn alter the direction to the result thus change the probability and fate. But it doesn't alter probability and fate directly

some variation can just alter the effect directly without affecting the cause which is also how probability can also be manipulated in a way

No, it not because it is fate manip already
Well yes it is a thing, but i doubt it is matter here, unless there is more to it
