1- why is toeiverse broly's feat is only 4A not 3C? Despite him visually destroying the entire galaxy

2- why do the wiki consider that fusion reborn movie events happened during the buu saga?

1. I think it's because he didn't to it in one shot. While it's visually disappearing fast, it was gradually happening. I believe some people think it took longer but I don't know the reasons behind it.

2. In the movie, Goten and Trunks knew fusion, and Goku mentioned Majin Buu so I believe it happened near the end or right after the Buu Saga but I'm not sure since I don't remember much about it. It couldn't have happened during the beginning of the Buu Saga though.

1. He didn't do it in one attack, he did it in many attacks.
2. Those events should have happened after the buu saga, actually the events of that movie contradict the anime continuity, the anime profile shouldn't even scale to fusion reborn.

Not all of the singular galaxy was erased. New Planet Vegeta is located in this galaxy, and so was another planet that Goku visited using Instant Transmission, having picked up on the residual energy left behind by Broly.
