the problem about Genjutsu is because the odd way that it works, Chara have points in the body which connects to the brain and others body parts, Genjutsu works by controlling these chakras flows in the brain nervers to make the enemy fall into ilusions etc, but I don't even remember others verses that uses this kind of explanation of their energy system, such as ''flowing into differents points of the body''

I think it is accepted by staff like tempest and dontalk that chakra and other supernatural energy sources can be equalized but abilities who require chakra pathway system(genjutsu,gentle fist) cannot
(I think gojo beated madara in a other thread made by the same op because of that as well)

Yeah it is kinda of accepted that you need a chrakra pathway for gemjutsu to work in the thread i showed above and in the naruto vs meliodas thread, i also do not think it would work anyway like it also requires a brain but both zagred and megicula got blow up before and their only internal organ seens to be the hearth(and don't even think they have shown bones before)

Zagred's soul manip can suspend the souls of the dead, the main problems are the fact that he doesn't do that in character and that they were dead, so it being non-combat applicable is debatable

He corrupts the opponent via either pouring negative emotions in them or enhancing their already-existent negative emotions.
Yuno has already resisted the former as he's the only character in the manga that overcame his possession by an elf, and has no negative-emotions to be affected by the latter to begin with
