How much upscaled Katakuri and Wa no Kuni Zoro again?

I didn't make this, but this is Katakuri.
Katakuri:
Base Katakuri > Base Luffy's durability = Diable Jambe Sanji > Wadatsumi's durability = 2 Gigatons
Mochi Mochi no Mi > Gear Third = 3.98 Gigatons
Edged Mochi > Base Luffy's armament haki = Biscuit Soldiers > Gear Third = 3.98 Gigatons
Awakening > Cracker = Dressrossa Boundman = 4.3 Gigatons
Wano Zoro (pre raid) can one shot opponents equal to his base stats (4.3 Gigatons) with Haki and with Asura he's even higher than that.

It's just a matter of time that every high and mid tier are going to be downgraded to City lvl or lower due to all the recalculations. So nah, 6-C will be gone.

Nobody scale to Issho's meteors, not even Doffy's strings.
There is still Jack and Zunesha's scaling, but even that one had get rejected before.

So Issho meteors doesn't even scale to his physical? not scaling to Doffy's thread sounds ridiculous, How can the thread holding Meteor not scale? even though the meteor is cut into 7 pieces.

Trust me, we had revisions on it a while back. Fujitora's meteors wouldn't scale to his physical stats and Doflamingo's birdcage is made of thousands of threads; the impact was spread among all of them and they didn't fully stop the meteor.

Yeah Birdcage is made of Thousands of threads but That was Thousands of Small threads , even Spiderwebs if bigger .
Saying that not Stopping the Meteor sounds really different to the feats has shown, the velocity of the meteor changes and what happens is the meteor is like a glass falling from the table.

They're all being downgraded but they're around the same level, so as of now there's no outliers

Wait, you were only comparing Whitebeard to Blackbeard and viceversa? I thought you were comparing them to other feats like Pica's punch.
Anyway, we still have the scaling between Jack and Zunesha that hasn't come to an actual concluded, so Tier 6 for aTop Yonko Commanders its still a possibility.
Also, don't we still have Ace's High 7-A feat of heating up Drum Island with his mere presence?

It's unfortunately still possible... Just like how suddenly Whitebeard's kashin feat was deemed as inaccurate when the Marineford's size was accepted long ago. I'm not surprised at this point, that suddenly most Feats are considered as Outliers or "too high" to fit certain people's narrative of One piece
