How could mathematics define ideas and concepts?

I have heard that Mathiverse is tier 0 because it uses Maths and it encompasses all things there is.

But isn't it limited to just physical stuff like multiverses and dimensions? How does maths define metaphysical things like ideas, concepts, etc? Is that even possible or even provable?

i don't know, probably no though, but transcending concepts and ideas doesn't give a tier so it doesn't matter.

I once asked a question like this. From the answers and the little research I did, what I understood is that all these tiering system and this kind of stuff is based on set theory

I cant really explain here but try reading this maybe you can understand a few things

It likely extends to tier 0 based on it encompassing every set, superset, mathematical structure, etc, for example Universe of Sets a mathematical concept of set theory, also known as Von Neumann Universe, is tier 0 since it goes beyond ordinary large cardinals (High 1-A).

It's really complicated. However, by implication, metaphysical constructs are mathematical ones as well, Max Tegmark's Type IV theory makes this abundantly clear, as Neoplatonism, (a metaphysical view on reality) is simply another mathematical possibility.

Maths does encompass ideas. For example, the idea of natural numbers.

Technically speaking, ideas and concepts cannot be interacted with or fought in the first place. However in most fiction conceptual realms and all that stuff are just represented as bigger realities containing the lower ones, and hence should be eligible to be tiered accordingly.
