Stamina is the name given to physical and mental energy, when the ninja mixes both energies, the chakra arises. I honestly think that there should be no difficulty in interpreting that those who don't mix the energies don't have chakra in their bodies...

As already stated here, chakra is a word that has been used for other energies more than once. The divine trees have the ability to absorb everything, even genetic information from everyone who lived on Earth (Isshiki mentions this). It absorbs vital energy and genetic information from all living beings and converts it into chakra.

Everybody on the planet having chakra is kind of a big plot point in the War Arc.

The Infinite Tsukuyomi was designed to entrap the entire population within an endless genjutsu and siphon chakra from them until they became another fruit. If only shinobi, of which are in the low hundreds of thousand, possessed chakra, why go through all the trouble to trap the entire planet?

Ninjutsu: The principle of connecting your own physical and mental energies, allowing one to weaponize their chakra.

It's in the Kara actuation arc. A deer cannot possibly know how to convert mental and physical energies to create chakra yet chakra got siphoned from it leading to it's death.

Can regular humans or animal (bar sage creatures) create chakra? No

So what else would be the "chakra" that exists? It's their life force. Life force is chakra and that's proven by both series.

They were trained on how to create chakra and in turn use it for Ninjustu whereas regular humans never had such training.

However, we cannot just assume that everyone who is on the level of a Jonin has the same resistance, especially when half of the people on this list are not even Konohagakure shinobi. In fact, Shee, one of Kumogakure's Jonin and an adept genjutsu user, was caught by Sasuke's genjutsu with an ordinary Sharingan.

I mean, he's fought alongisde Itachi for years and you'd think he'd have learned how to in a sparring session or something (I don't know if it's canon but there's a cutscene in storm where they're sparring just before Itachi fights Sasuke)

No, because we don't know Itachi's arsenal when it comes to genjutsu. And it's in character for Itachi to use potent genjutsu against people, like when he used Tsukuyomi on Kakashi and Kid Sasuke.

This has nothing to do with anything, this is proof of her sensing capabilities.

This should've been the case against Hashirama and Tobirama. When they put Hiruzen under genjutsu he should've broken out.

You're missing a lot about resistances.
IT works by producing light and whoever gets hit with the light is put under genjutsu.
Sasuke blocked the light. He didn't stop the genjutsu from affecting him, he stopped it from reaching him.

Deidara trained his eye to counter it. He didn't train his eye to not get affected, he trained it to see through it. He wouldn't have to see through it if it didn't affect him

There's no proof of sharingan genjutsu being more potent, all it's shown to be mainly is being produced via their eyes

Kurenai put Itachi in a genjutsu. If he was resistance with his Dojutsu, he'd never be put in a genjutsu. Random ninja put Kakashi, Guy, Sakura, Shikamaru, and others in a genjutsu. If they were resistance, they'd never be put in a genjutsu.

that is to say yes they do resist illusions and mind manipulation, so its not a matter of negating illusions and mind manipulation alone, they can also resist it.
the keyword is potency, in the novel a guy resisted normal sharigan genjutsu and was unaffected but fell to MS genjutsu immediately.

This is false.
Itachi fell under the genjutsu, he just found a method to reverse it, which is the Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change jutsu.

If he didn't fall under it, he wouldn't have been in that tree illusion at all.
