Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken Discussion Thread 20

LN doesn't have high godly because of insufficient arguments for informantion particles being literal information that makes up everything in existence, comparable to concepts.
WN has literal information comparable to concepts.
I mean, i can't found chapter where as Yuki Totally regeneration from this attack

Other WN readers can provide info for that.

Isn't Yuuki basically like a 90% composite Slime character anyways? The only abilities of the series that he doesn't have are the Cthulhu Mythos Ultimate Skills.

I think it's from Yuuki's fight against Leon in chapter 134
「Perish, “Holy Breakdown (36th Style Annihilation’s Light of Holy Spirit Purification)”!」

Twinkling lights radiated from his 36 pairs of wings.

When the lights collided with the layered barrier, they were reflected irregularly and filled the inside of the barrier with light.

It was a wild dance of photons that broke down the things it touched. It was Leon’s greatest and strongest wide area annihilation ability.

The annihilation percentage inside the limited space covered by the barrier was 100%, it was an inescapable technique.

Yuuki who was still crouched down on the ground with his severed left arm, had his body mercilessly pierced by the lights.

When the inside of the barrier is filled with lights, photons are generated, and the ability concludes.

This ability generatesenergy several thousand times greater than the “Disintegration” that Hinatahad used, and all objects within the barrier are disintegrated.

(Chapter 134)

I think that's because he describes the Stomach as a metaphysical realm of imagination. So I don't know if that'd apply outside.
What do you mean by this? If you're trying to say that anyone who dies in the imaginary space of Rimuru's stomach wouldn't actually die, as everything in that place is imaginary, then that doesn't make sense. If this was true then Ifrit wouldn't be afraid of dueling nor would he be afraid of dying/having his conceptual self destroyed, and he specifically says "Only for you, Master Veldora! I'm not-" as to mean that it's something about Veldora that makes him able to survive conceptual erasure/destruction. Veldora makes it seem like it's not a big deal having their conceptual self destroyed, as though that has happened many times before, stating "And having your conceptual self destroyed isn't the same as death, is it?" as a genuine question(This is the biggest thing for me) with Ifrit stating only for Veldora is this not a problem. Too bad we don't get to know what Ifrit says afterwards, or it would have given us a answer.

Edit: I found a even more bullshit story that has plot manipulation, fate manipulation in the first 100 chapters of the novel, a infinite multiverse with bullshit powers and strong people. Protagonist halo/aura, a character inside the story being able to read the plot and change it, a multiversal-protagonist killing system(The system kills protagonists to take their halo, the main character was manipulated and killed by this system), in one world(probably planet, don't know since the will of that world can change the timeline of the world(planet?), each planet has their own timeline, will, and more bullshit things) every person has a conceptual ability, though not powerful they can use the power of concepts because the will of the world gave them those authorities (to battles against otherworldly invaders) and since this is only a planet inside the infinite multiverse I am expecting more bullshit and abilities. The main character is growing strong and can already cancel out the concept of destiny, and luck as well as many abilities because of his error property, so I'm expecting him to be more bullshit than Rimuru.
The webnovel I'm talking about is called "Soul of Negary". and don't worry it has a really good plot with nice side stories and mysteries.

He probably shouldn't have any of the skills that Ciel arranges for Rimuru's subordinates since those were created by them and Ciel's efforts (using Rimuru's data) instead of being skills that Veldanava had.

should Ruminas get CM type 4 via secret skills of faith and favor?

I think that secret skills of faith and favor is a concept based on the followers' faith so that they can use holy magic.

and I think what Gran said in volume 7 refers to Secret skills of faith and favor.

This :
'(What are you talking about? Our god is a concept. A concept that lies in the hearts of us all—)'

The followers might get limited CM type 4 for gaining power through a concept, but I don't think Ruminas would gain CM type 4. The followers borrow power from their concept of god, in this case the followers believe in the concept of God Ruminas which in turn gives them power, but this has nothing to do with Ruminas nor does Ruminas do anything with it (least that I know of).
My question is: Is holy magic a conceptual power? Through the worship of their "God"/concept, and with their faith they gain the usage of holy magic. Since holy magic is power gained through the worship of their concept, then wouldn't it be a conceptual power?

Isn't it more like Type 2 abstract?even if it wasn't a outlier
I don't think it would be type 2 abstract, she would need feats of regenerating/immortality from the concept, or even having control over the concept which she has proven none of.
"Embodying a concept is not enough to obtain this ability, an abstract needs feats or reliable statements proving that the concept they represent grants them Immortality/Regeneration or control over the abstraction."

Didn't know,i thought as she was considered a concept but she exist as normal so it would be considered as a Abstract. Thanks for the info

wasn't Ruminas the one who created the concept and she could control it?

Hello everyone, looks like Tensura light novel is 2nd most sold for 2021(half) according to the list given by Oricon
FB_IMG_16225590441706376.jpg

Yaiba is dominating everywhere, still don't get how on earth its doing so good, the stars all aligned, making this once in a life time event happen.

JJK has also blown up too, good animation can propel a series far, though it's a good shounen too.

Good to see Slime and Re Zero doing well.

I don't know about this, can you tell me where this was stated before?
This(?) :

“To me, the most important thing is the faith itself,” added Luminus. “All of you here—you can cast your holy magic thanks to the faith you have in me, correct? That is how the arrangement works—it is an absolute law. It is my family’s duty to protect my people, and to me, the rest matters little.” (Volume 9)

That doesn't show anything, it's just Ruminas telling how the skill works and what her duty is. Thank you for getting the scan but there isn't anything that shows she can control the skill or faith

Well I suppose I didn't elaborate. I think Ifrit is saying that because Veldora will just eventually respawn. And by the metaphysical, I mean that's where the conceptual part comes from. As in they exist as merely metaphysical beings within that space.
Which makes sense since he is just a mass of energy and if he's contained within Rimuru's Stomach the energy will have nowhere else to go. So he may just instantly respawn within him.

Yeah this makes more sense

should the character who attacked Yuuki in this chapter get Multi-Galaxy Level?

Chapter 247 :
Each of them said their respective thoughts and altogether faced Yuuki.
Then, they unleashed their deadly attacks filled with their entire beings toward Yuuki.

――Everything was as Yuuki expected.
Right now, Yuuki could use all skills because of Origin Skill『Information Ruler Akashic Record』.
In other words, he could even devour energy completely using Gluttonous Lord Beelzebuth.
Yuuki sprouted a dark smile as the mass of energy enough to destroy the world was approaching in front of him.

Chapter 248 :
I instinctively knew that I warped to a different spot from before.

At the same time, I noticed that a mass of energy, that seemed to be able to destroy the world, was approaching toward my direction.

However, I didn’t panic and swallowed it whole in one gulp.

It was surprisingly delicious.

I also tried to make the calculations, is this correct? I'm not good at calculating things like this

Universe Level (Tier 3A) : 2.825 TenaexaFoe to any higher finite number

2,825 TenaExaFoe = 2825 TenaPetaFoe
1 TenaexaFoe = 10^24 YottaFoe
2825 : 7 = 403,57142857 TenaPetaFoe/403.57*10^24 YottaFoe

Multi-Galaxy Level (Tier 3B) : 8.593 YottaFoe
to 2.825 TenaexaFoe

So, each character should be able to exert energy of ±403.57142857 TenaPetaFoe/403.57*10^24 YottaFoe (Multi-Galaxy Level)

the seven people who attacked Yuuki were Diablo, Ramiris, Guy Crimson, Milim, Velgrynd, Rudra and Velgaia.

I wouldn't mind but it would be better if there was any proof of the world being stated here was universe. It might very well be planet
wasn't this when the others used their full power against Yuuki? Milim was there too and we all know that she is way stronger than a planet buster if she uses her full strength
Edit: She destroyed a shield that can hold up against star level attacks with a single punch, definitely not planet level

This has been brought up many times before.

Yuuki took a while to destroy the universe, in fact failed to do so, so that contradicts the whole destroying the world stuff.

Probably just means planet in that context.

I remember some claims about Breakdown Nostalgia being 3-A but it's questionable.
From Diablo's Respect Thread.

Unless there's a better translation, to me it just sounds like the attack is the strongest attack ever seen since the big bang. So not necessarily as strong as the big bang.
Even then, does the big bang even exist in Slimeverse?

Probably just means planet in that context.
Currently in light novel, author uses wakusei and hoshi to explain a planet most of the time. So,for cautions sake let me check out the raw webnovel,if it uses sekai or hoshi. If it uses sekai we can very well try to prove that attack being universal with using Millim as an example ( without her full power being star level{without mana breeder reactor},so her full power with many of her level characters trying to use their full power).Author shouldn't mean just planet.
Well everything is mostly guesses,lol
