I didn't say he starts at his strongest. They meet at base and can increase in power as fight continues

Bee: 7-A, higher with Version 1 Jinchūriki Cloak.
You probably were using those statistics to create this match, which is fine. They can amp but not jumping tiers. High 7-A tier or above isn't allowed for example. If that's what you mean, if not, then this is a stomp.

Voting Zoro via Durability Negation, is a MUCH better swordsman and sensing ability to dodge anything killer bee can do...

Zoro can keep up with those who can copy his style, has attacks that are harder to register than 8 blades attacking at the same time, can keep up with Kenbunshoku users, has Kenbunshoku Haki himself and even a form of Analytical Prediction that stems from sheer skill as opposed to the Sharigan's Supernatural Prediction that isn't based upon the users skill.
Zoro takes this low diff.
