But weren't the sequence of events:
Kaguya moving very fast towards Kakashi's direction and shooting a bunch of Killer-Ash bones at him.
To her surprise it phased through him and didn't kill him.
She then gets confused on why the hell isn't he dead yet.
Then Kakashi started falling down toward her.
Kaguya was moving very fast towards Kakashi while he was simultaneously falling towards her.

In technicality yes, he did blitz her by moving faster than her reaction speed. But she was also going upwards while he was falling downwards.
This doesn’t necessarily imply his travel speed is fast enough to blitz her.
It does however, prove though, that his combat/reaction speed is faster than hers, since he reacted to her attack as well as damaged her before she could react.
However, he can only blitz her when she’s accelerating towards him.

Also it should be noted that both Kaguya and Zetsu were confused at that moment when they were moving towards Kakashi

Confusion shouldn't logically slow anyone with a Byakugan, Sharingan, and SPSM down too much.

I never said she slowed down, their fight happened within a few seconds, what I'm implying is that Kaguya and Zetsu did not decide to attack nor evade because they were confused at the moment.

And I'm saying if there was any notable speed advantage on Kaguya's part she would've been able to dodge at the last second anyway, thanks to all of these sensory abilities she had up her sleeve.

The only advantage that Kaguya had was travel/flight speed though?
Kakashi could react to her attacks which amounts to Reaction and Combat Speed on par with Kaguya's Combat Speed.
Kakashi used Kaguya's flight speed, and confusion against her.
Kaguya could easily react to Sasuke teleporting behind her, change dimensions, then fly away.

I'm just clarifying that were factors that allowed Kakashi to land a successful hit on Kaguya while free falling, in comparison to Sasuke who teleported, and failed to land a hit.

I never said there wasn't, but again non of these factors would've mattered if he was still, say, just MHS+. I never said he was superior to her, but he's clearly comparable in speed.

Naruto actually did blitz her once
And it doesn't work that way kakashi has not anti-feat, I mean he even saved sakura before kaguya arms could.hit her something naruto or sasuke couldn't do
let's not forget a master of the sharigan for reading opponent moves, so yes its perfectly fine for him to blitz her
