Guys, what are you even FRAing here? Purgy already agreed with downscaling and Shadow seems to be under the impression that we're trying to make Juubito equal to Hagoromo, which we're not.

I meant I agreed with Purgy's initial points.
If we were going to downscale Juubito, I think it would be better as a likely rating since he lacks the feats for it, so he'd be more like: At least Continent level+, likely Moon level.

We should make dms obito and zetsu obito keys. If we ever do except storm 4 as canon, we can use that feat of zetsu obito beating juudara.

Agreed. Not to mention that Obito was going to use the Shinjuu techs like Shin Jukai Kotan for IT. Personally I would be fine with just likely 5C for Obito.

They should both be "At least 'Whatever tier they were before', likely higher (due to Six Paths chakra)" IMO. There's no reason for them to be unknown, and there's no reason not to index these forms.

Did Kakashi really Blitz Kaguya? I mostly remember him free falling out of the Susanoo, and aiming his attack at a stationary Kaguya?
