That's the weakness of the seals because the bijuu's chakra are too big (via Minato), not an amp for the bijuu.
And they've never shown resistance to soul sealing iirc

By the way Kaguya also has high regen based on energy so even if you say Edo Tensei regen gets nulled they still have high regen and resist the only ways the bypass it (also her high is pretty much low godly as she comes back from chakra which =the soul)

it can be, when someone uses senjutsu energy all their techniques get its quality. Example being sage mode naruto using a rasengan to get by juubito's invulnerability to ninjutsu despite ninjutsu being nullified.

I'm saying this because Asta nullifies the reincarnation spell as if it was never used in the first place. If Edo Tensei was done using Senjutsu, then he wouldn't be able to negate it
