The Thunderbolt during the original Crisis of Infinite Earths in 1985, written by Marv Wolfman, had not been established as a 5-D entity yet. That happened first in 1998 during Grant Morrison's JLA run, if I remember correctly.

As far as Rebirth goes, Mordru has limited appearances. Here's what I got from the storyline.
- Justice League Dark Vol 2 #6 | February 2019
- According to John Constantine, Doctor Fate is one of the few beings who could make a dent in the Phantom Stranger
- According to Doctor Fate, instead of facing the Phantom Stranger head-on and risk the chaos, Doctor Fate used his helmet to seal away the Phantom Stranger. He does the same to Constantine as he cannot kill him and bring more demons into conflict.
- Justice League Dark Vol 2 #9 | May 2019
- The Lords of Order have started destroying the magical dimension Myrra of the Sphere of the gods.
- Justice League Dark Vol 2 #10 | June 2019
- Nabu plans to gather all the Lords of Order to destroy the Sphere of the Gods.
- The Lords of Order take time to destroy Myrra and leave it as a white void. The Lords of Order goes on to continue unraveling the fictions of the Sphere.
- Justice League Dark Vol 2 #11 | July 2019
- The Lords of Order have officially destroyed Myrra
- Mordru infuses the Ruby of Life with enough power to rip the universe in half, allowing Zatanna and Wonder Woman to become Lords of Chaos.

- Man-Bat, Swamp-Thing, and Detective Chimp also become Lords of Chaos.
- Zatanna is shown capable of breaking reality around Kor (On Earth).
- The Demons 3 are capable of removing the Helm of a trapped Doctor Fate.
- The Phantom Stranger, Kent Nelson, John Constantine, Jason Blood, Khalid Nassour, and Chaos Lord Zatanna perform a combined spell to bind Nabu's power within the helmet.
- Using all the Ruby's power, Wonder Woman is able to repair Earth's reality.

The thing is, the Chaos VS Order fight took place on Earth, and it only took the Ruby of Life plus Mordru's power to rip the universe in half to contend with the lords of order. We don't have much to go on that they are normally an infinity higher than the 2-A we currently have them at.

From my knowledge the Lord's of order don't get weakned when they enter the multivese and nabu is consistently shown multiversal even in the same comic he's a multiversal threat so the ripping the Universe in half is either hyperbolic or simply means all of creation? I think both can work.
In JLD dark I think they are shown 1C so I think mordu scales.

The upgrade itself makes sense but as for whether or not it's consistent, I'm unsure (My knowledge of DC Comics isn't as deep as you'd think lol). Though, Firestorm's analyses make sense from what I can tell so I'll trust his judgement here.

Here. The helm of nabu contains powers beyond gods, gods in this context refers to zues and such.

The OP sources none of his claims. That's an automatic no verdict from me.
But even if I didn't know it was from a JL Dark storyline nothing the do can't be explained away with mitigating context about people being enhanced upon entering the Sphere of the Gods like normal. Mordru isn't Low 1-C in my view or if he is it would be for a new key and not his base strength.

Well mistakes on my part but later firestorm did put it which is good.
That's only for people like John Constantine and such. Other lords of order and chaos are not affected. Everyone is effected upon ascending or descending from the Sphere of the Gods in our system currently. There's almost no one that retains a Low 1-C rating in lower dimensional space.

Ok? So will mordu then. If he can dominate the lord of order in the universe then they can in the godsphere too, since the amp should be similar.
