I mean what do you want me to say it's up to yall to figure it out how to calculate it. I have no idea what a Drake formula is though I can guess from context but obviously you can count the planets in frame for a lower result

Superman was completely restrained and helpless from the attack. Not dying to the weight is a durability feat, but being completely unable to do anything about the weight shows he's not galaxy level lifting wise.

In the scan the red dude states that no one had shown him such resistance before, and was shown putting some effort into it as well.

It is similar to a weight lifter who supports a weight but cannot quite lift upwards. If Superman supported several extra heavy galaxies, it should be enoough to scale to multi-galactic lifting strength.

Hmm. I remembered wrong. I checked the pages and Superman was more incapacitated than I thought. However, I still think that resisting for a prolonged period of time should be enough to qualify for "Possibly Multi-Galactic" lifting strength.
