Why was TF2 downgraded?

We dont though, the scen cuts away from him and as explained on th previous thread the rockets directly hitting him wouldnt have sent him flying like it did
It really doesnt, not without any supporting evidence and certainly not while he has still been oneshot by low-end 9-A feats
He gets oneshot by 9-B stuff in cutscenes
And about this. Those were remote missiles, so Scout should be right in the center. And I'm pretty sure they could send him flying like this if they went right under him.

Can you, like, summarize the arguments? What exactly is still being debated here?

I think Scout should still scale to the blast, as seen here, he flew out right out of it.
And what makes you think he was paralyzed? The scout medic healed later in the video was a different scout, he had different clothes.

Because it rendered him near death? And while in prime condition he has been severely wounded and nearly killed by 9-B feats?

I mean how can you say he was rendered near death, when he was already severely injured.

If you shoot a guy who has a broken leg, is that guy 9-C in dura? He didnt die from the bulet and he was previously injured

Yeah, just a heads up; if the whole "Getting severely injured but still surviving", was considered reason for durability to scale, it would be similar to that one time Nagato nuked the entire Hidden Leaf village, and a bunch of civilians and fodder Genin survived the blast but were left in mostly crippled states. But then they were all healed by Tsunade's slugs.

Also, explosions are usually assumed to be comparable to a body slam once ISL is taken into account, which would have much less precision than a bullet or punch to the face or chest. But either way, Scout was in a state in which he couldn't even stand after that blast, so it's an anti-feat.

But anyway, since question is answered, I guess I can close this.
