Currently the Adventurer has a feat of seeing crossbow bolts frozen mid-air. I was hoping if you were able to provide a scan of it or know someone who can as there isn't one on the profile and would help out with this calc I've done

I have no idea what that refers to as I disliked Adventure mode.

If I had to guess, it's a misrepresentation. It's turn based, and ammunition might not reach its target before a turn ends. So in the frozen "turn", you might see ammo "floating" in mid-air. Because time isn't moving actively.

Seems like I can't leave a comment there, as it's not my blog😅, will try to answer here.
About every cubic meter: to conquer the universe they need to ensure that there is no resistance, but they have no means to know in which part of the universe this resistance may appear, so they need to check every part of it.
Moreover, technically this calc is already kinda low-end. It assumes that there are 800m Phantoms due to a statement that there are less of them than humans of that world, but we also have a statement that they can kill a lot and still have enough bodies to incarnate. There is also the matter of them going alone, which they don't really do.
Nevertheless, if you still think radius of the universe calc is needed, please say, will ask the person to add it
