All this points to Saitama and Boro's Planet Level/high 6-A feat being a major outlier

so Saitama should sclae to to the best feat we have, which is Tatsumaki's making current saitama High 6-C likely low 6-B

Saitama is a living satire; a joke character.

He exists only for the sake of comedy so all his feats are gag feats, therefore they're not legitimate.

His only real showings were when he wasn't blatantly breaking the laws of physics in over the top ways with his ability to "kill anyone in a single hit", therefore, he should be at least 10-A, as he has shown peak human ability in track racing and weight lifting.

But you see, the mosquito is even more of a joke character, since it was fighting someone who was a -living satire- in the first place, and "winning" (since he was winning against someone who's meant to kill anyone in a single punch via his gag feats, the mosquito logically is even more of a gag character for being able to fluster such an overpowered dude)

Therefore, its feats against Saitama are all gag feats. Both being supposedly "immune" to the pesticides and apparently blitzing Saitama. They were obviously done for comedic purposes, and realistically, Saitama would've just gotten a big, UV lamp.
 
Reasonably, Genos should be more powerful than Saitama. The only reason he considers Saitama his sensei, is because Saitama is good at being a NEET. Something that every teenage cyborg aspires to be, in body, mind, and soul, and Saitama is like the Buddha at being a NEET. Other than that, Genos would smoke Saitama. Literally. He's got a fire blast that will destroy anything, and since he's a dead serious character, none of his feats are gag. Hell, he should actually receive an upgrade.

I recall somewhere in the databook that if not for Saitama's blatant gag feats, Genos would be the one to stop Lord Boros and become the Emperor of Earth, so he should scale to at least High 6-A.

Also before you bring up Genos being defeated numerous times; they're all plot induced stupidity. Obviously ONE and Murata WANT to make Genos look so weak as for us to downplay him, but there is nuance beneath the surface. Nuance that reveals Tier 6, if not tier 5 Genos!
 
The fact that Saitama lost his hair during his training is first-hand proof of what happens when you lose your hair. Bad things happen. Not just that you lose your superpowers almost entirely thanks to a complete lack of the most fabulous thing that flows down your neck.

Of course, this means that the longer the hair you have; the more spectacular you will be. It's an unspoken of truth in VSB that characters like Yukari, BB, Reinhard, Lusamine, Homura, Hatsune, and various others, gain their absurd stats in their respective universes not because of some BS-y gag mechanic, but because of their magnificent hair, which grants them godly ability. Especially over those of shorter hair, (and ESPECIALLY balds). Though I must address the elephant in the room...

We can't forget Rapunzel. Her absurdly long hair makes her 1-A, one of the strongest characters in fiction, because it's so long, it reaches beyond the tower that is the concept of dimensions themselves. Other characters who have hair that long naturally scale.
 
^ And also why SSJ3 is objectively 1-A, since it's actually better than the Super Saiyan God forms. When Toriyama compared Goku, Beerus, and Whis, he was not using SSJ3, he was using the shitty SSG form. WIth SSJ3 it might as well be Aleph Naught compared to both Beerus and Whis combined.

Proof: Goku stated that SSJ3 was the power to go "even further beyond" which clearly means that his hair will go beyond the concept of dimensions in length.
