Deus vs The Batter

A fight requested by a friend, so why not.

Deus of Asura's Wrath sees The Batter of OFF as impure, and vice versa. Naturally, a battle between bludgeon-wielding supernatural entities intent on purifying the world commences.

Takes place within the Karma Fortress, starting at a distance of 50 meters from one another, with both at full-power. (And yes, he gets his Add-Ons.) Who wins? Be sure to state your reasoning.
 
Twice the speed of light. Also, please consult this to see why the Karma Fortress isn't the size of a large star.
 
Deus wins actually. Deus has the karma fortress, witch is in deep space and thousands of lightyears tall. The Batter can't fly or breath in deep space. He has no way of getting to deus or fighting him. He's screwed in at least five different ways I can think of, even though he's far superier physicly.

...as a spiritual entity, I highly doubt The Batter needs to breathe. I mean, he sort of wandered through the literal nothingness to get from zone to zone.

And that's not what I meant in the first place, I meant that The Batter and Deus are both within the Karma Fortress. You know, where Asura and Yasha fought him? Just clearing it up.
 
Deus at his strongest is only Small Star Level, Battler is Large Star Level. Also, this fight takes place inside the Karma Fortress, and it's nowhere near thousands of lightyears tall.

No, he's twice the speed of light with the Ashley Bat.

He's much better than large star level. The zones are about three times the size of the sun.


Ashley bat:

Obtainable by trading with the five Grand Objects.

Increases attack by 21.

Attacks twice per hit.

Increased accuracy and critical hit rates.

Attacks are treated as the elements of Meat and Metal.

"the ultimate offensive weapon of this game"

That's what's stated on the wiki. I've played OFF several times and I don't remember the ashley bat doubeling movement speed. Something I'm forgetting?


Anyway, The Batter wins this easily. Three multi large star level (without special attacks) light speed guy VS one star level light speed guy.
 
@Dexter I believe that it allowing you to attack twice per hit is what counts as being twice as fast.

Anyone else have any input?
