Two of our verse base their tiering on a character who can destroy/create a pocket dimension large enough to have a star in the sky. For some reasons, we rate this as being "just" Star level.
This seems very wrong to me. First of all, the difference between the Lowest and Highest end of Star level is just 2.33. Just being 3 times stronger/large than baseline Star level makes you Large Star level. This is a very small gap. So it doesn't take much to be High 4-C from a 4-C feat.
Secondly, such a dimension clearly doesn't contain just a Star. Every time we see such a feat, the Sun is at a distance comparable to Earth's distance from the Sun. This means that such a dimension would hold at least the Earth-Sun Distance.
To put it in perspective: Our Sun (Baseline 4-C) is 1.3 millions kilometers wide. The distance between Earth and the Sun is 149.6 millions kilometers wide. This is about an 115 times difference. And that's assuming that the "Earth" doesn't rotate around the local sun. Of course, this is just taking into account distance, not area or volume. But the point is that the difference between a Star and the sun-earth distance is massive. So a dimension with a distant Sun would be WELL into the High 4-C category. Rating it just as 4-C is unjustified downplay. To drive my point home, we rate The Queen's (From OFF) feat of creating a place with a Star in it to be 4-B.
This would affect Legend of Zelda and the anime of Black Rock Shooter to my knowledge. Both would have their 4-Cs upgraded to High 4-C.
