The self-proclaimed harem king would try to take down the billonarie playboy to finally reach his goal to become the only man womans want, so it's time to prepare the cannon-chests.

Cardinal Crimsom Full Drive Vs Mark 8 (7-A versions).

Standard battle rules: Speed equal, in-character and not pre-knowledge of each other, victory by KO.

Battle take place in a nudist beach, both start 50 meters from each others.

Issei Hyoudou : 7 (Ringo, Ovens, Sir, Cat, Kaltias, Hizack, Gaster).

Tony Stark : 1 (Gemmy).

I really don't know here. On one hand, Tony seems to have the better assortment of powers suited for combat. On the other hand, Issei can penetrate any defence. Though I'm leaning more towards Iron Man with the versatility advantage.

Iron Man gets pissed at the overbulked knockoff of his suit, and proceeds to school him with missiles, repulsors and unibeams all around, while Issei is DISTRACTED BY NUDISTS ON A NUDIST BEACH.

Bonus round:

Tony Stark ignores him in favor of booze, girls and gadgets.
 
Lol, i thought that Tony would try to teach Issei to control his instincts, by making Issei over using his Balance Breaker. Drowning him in a psychological depression of " the man build the armor or the armor build the man".

Jokes aside, what about if both are bloodlusted, or Issei simply ignore the people in the beach?
 
Out of curiosity, would his power nullicication work on a suit of armor made with technology?
 
Huh, looking at this now, I see it as Tony hitting Issei with everything he has and failing due to power nullification and then gets penetrated by Issei in an attempt to block his attacks.
 
Wait a minute. ┬┐Is not that being able to instanly penetrate any defensive ability would be some type of "durability bypassing" ?

need to stop. They are low effort at best and "votes" just for the sake of adding your vote at worst.
 
Issei. Attack reflection would take care of Tony's energy blasts, and he can bypass Tony's forcefields, which gives him the surprise advantage. Stat amplification also helps.

No, because it bypass only forcefields and stuff like that. Durability Negation would mean that if he punches someone who is immensely above him in stats he would harm it.

Well, i was confused with the "penetrate any defense ability".

Thought Tony can also use a sneak attack with his invincibility and illusions creation, and his AI would scan Issei's armor to make a counter.
 
During one of the novels, his sexual desires receded a bit after Rias became his girlfriend. So I'd think he'd cope with the beach.
