Are these Lasers (And How Powerful they are as Supers...)?

I've been asking myself this question for awhile now, and I wanted to end the debate once and for all:

(AKATSUKI BLITZKAMPF)

Blitztank uses an Energy Beam to attack Murakumo.

Starts at about 3:35.

How much damage would it deal at max Striking Power, and is it a Laser, or Light Beam?

Duna has a Finish Skill called Thunder Spread.

This is Duna's Finish Skill: Thunder Spread, at it's most powerful...

Is it a Laser or Light Beam? I was told this wasn't electricity, but Chain Lightning is, especially it's 22O variant.

This is the attacks end when affecting Ryuza; who has 800 health, which is a lot for the game's standards.

This is where the damage input is confirmed. What is the highest Striking Power it can effect?

Can anyone help me with this? I tested the B for Ver. 0.89, EVERYONE so far can dodge Duna's EX Chain Lightning, which is stronger, wider, and faster, so I'm fine there...

Anyone willing to help? Thank you in advance.

Sorry, sir. I checked both sources only to get zilch information for both cases (At least 22O Chain Lightning seems to behave more like real lightning than Duna's other moves...). I'm sure they're both neither case anyway. Doesn't matter for me anyway; I just want to know the power level of both attacks themselves...

Well, it definitely does not look like a laser, just like some generic magical energy blast.
 
Well what about Blitztank's energy beam (Which you can find in the link.)? It definitely has no Magic properties as far as such concepts are concerned. Also, what about both attack's Striking Power? That's the big question of mine... (Thinking harder...)

Well, is anyone else willing to help? I just want to know the MAX striking power of both attacks, and whether or not Blitztank's Energy Beam is a real Laser or Light Beam...

Well, I cannot help you with the striking power, but it definitely does not look like a laser or light beam.

Well, if that's not the case, maybe it's a generic energy beam?

Anyways, Thunder Spread dealt 40% damage at Ryuza, who has 800 health. Most of the verse is around 700-800 health. Ryuza was dealt around 320 damage. Blitztank dealt around 40% damage on Murakumo as well. I'll assume the verse has the same health amount per character...

I do not think that there seems to be enough available information to scale this from in a reasonably reliable manner.
 
Got it, sir. I'll make the Blitztank Profile when I get home (I'm off my computer right now.), and the AKATSUKI BLITZKAMPF verse will simply be generic as a verse...

I don't want the same to apply to the Wonderful World verse. At least I know Thunder Spread is magic, and Blitztank's Ultimate is a generic energy beam...

I'll check to see if Chain Lightning is True Lightning again. You're welcome to remind me just in case.
