You can literally just do that by looking at their profiles and checking whose wall is bigger. There's no point to this match whatsoever.

Tough luck then, make a CRT for those so-called highballs because we go by actual profiles here. Don't expect anyone to just pull stuff out of their ass for the character they like and have them be acknowledged like the way ComicVine does things. If you can't use them then there really isn't a point to these threads.

When I say stat equalized, I mean stat equalized and not including abilities and hax.
 
I really don't see the harm in having a stat equal match when we're not adding matches on profiles anyway.

It would certainly be better than arguing who has the higher level. We could actually talk about the effects of their abilities

It's a bit irritating that so many are so staunchly against it. Like, what the hell's the issue? Just argue the match.

Probably people will my argue my infinite is bigger than yours with cosmology as well in this aspect.

The abilities that they use to tier characters are stupidly taken out of context.

The main reason to equal stats is because then people won't say my infinite is bigger than your's.

Infinite > infinite is still infinite.

This specific match is to compare hax because SMT does have conceptual hax and certain ability durabilities.

If you have issues with this then make a CRT. Its what multiple people are telling you when you complain abou tthe tiering system in every thread.
 
Dude, it's not about having a problem with the tiering system.

It literally boils down to wanting an arguement of ability, skill, and intelligence; rather than speed and power.

I don't don't even understand why it would be banned as a match.

Although the OP does seem to have a problem with the tiers. I'm talking about within thje context of this match.
 
I dont care that much if he wants to have a stats equals match my issue is every thread he complains about the tiering system. He can have a stats equals match without saying the same thing over an dover.
 
Because it renders one of the biggest aspects of a fight meaningless. Unless this is a F&G match, it's essentially just what hax isn't paired by a resistance. If you want a fight of ability and skill then you should at least bother to put some effort into finding characters with equivalent statistics, not just remove something that is often a major part of a fight (characters that use buffs, have their power ascend to higher planes as part of their combat styles etc).

Literally all matches right now are Fun and Games. They're not being added, because they won't be saved.

I just can't see where you're coming from here. There's literally no harm in having the match, even if we removed literally everything from a character's arsenal and they could only breathe at their opponent. It's not being added onto a profile, therefore, it's not to be taken as truth, nor is it to be taken seriously.

This is one of the shittier aspects of this community. I feel like as long as nobody's being hurt/offended and our profiles aren't compromised, we should be able to do pretty much anything we want in the forums.

This is definitely my American sense of freedom talking, but seriously, it's a dumb precedent to disallow something just because you don't agree with it.

Nanashi's ability was stated to be boundless and YHVH is stated to be omnipotent.

Why aren't any of them tier 0 or whichever tier is omnipotence??

Because there isn't a tier for omnipotence and there hasn't been for several months now. Terms like boundless or omnipotent no longer mean anything in regards to tiering and are essentially just buzzwords now.

Then how is The Creator in tier 0 when its stated to be omnipotent??

Yet Featherine is tier 0 and she's literally stated that she decides NOT to become The Creator since she'll merge into The Creator. She's high 1A at most.
 
1. The Creator is under revisions and even then, being stated to be omnipotent doesn't invalidate you being a high tier if you also have feats to back it up. Which he still has from what I heard.

2. Featherine's Tier 0 rating is a hold-over from when we merged High 1-A and 0 prior to the new tiering system. She might move back down to High 1-A once her verse gets properly revised.

3. The Creator is superior to a Domain that's superior to the Witch Domain, which is an infinite 1-A hierarchy, that's mainly why he's Tier 0.

It's been half a decade since Umineko characters are tier 0 and high 1A.

Actually The Creator > Creator's domain > Featherine's world > City of Books > Aurora's study > Witches Theater > Beatrice's Catbox gameboard
 
How much Reinhard thread you want to create? No matter how it will never end well, only character from Cthulhu Mythos can compete with Smurfs like reinhard.
 
Shinza and CM have more of a "stomp-or-be-stomped" relationship. I can't think of any two characters from either verses that can compare with one another except maybe Naraku and post-revision Outer Gods.
