lol She leads with Energy beams or Summons her own weapon to fight usually as far as I know

UIO1 Goku~Heavily Surpressed Jiren>>>IZ=Baseline, I think. So Goku should start with a noticeable AP advantage and his IR + skill make hitting him in close combat basically impossible. Of course good enough AoE attacks could allow her to hit Goku and the latter is on a time limit making it possible for Ryoko to outlast.

exactly imo Goku would only have minutes to put her down she also summon demons as well too if Goku is giving her a hard time.
 
How big of an AP advantge are we talking? If she's basline then I could see him ruining her in H2H since nothing on her profile seems to suggest that she'd be a match for him if it were to come to blows. But, If she somehow manages to hold off until the time limit ends, she wins, but her profile is pretty empty; almost all of her listed abilities have little to no elaboration, except summoning and even that's vague. I'm incon on this until more information is listed, though I'm leaning more toward Goku.

Well I would say that Goku slightly has the AP Advantage. Ryoko reaches Low 2-C with the Ten Light Hawk Wings but all the things I seen her done was straight up jobbing to people like Kagato.

nope as far as I know. Lol plus I never seen her use it in character before.
