Novel Kars vs HA!Dio

Kars resists most of Dio's stuff, U N D E R S T A N D S, copies TWOH, creates "TWOH Ultimate" and then wins
 
Hasn't this been done before? A few times.
 
Unless Dio is getting passives then not much changes here at all.
 
Idk if it would help, mostly because Kars can automatically instacopy Stands at a glance if need be (Hell he copied D4C yet he never actually saw it be summoned), which is faster than actually doing anything, which puts them back at square one.
 
Nothing really changes since Kars just copies, adapts and sends everything Dio has back at him even better than what Dio himself could do. If he isn't getting passives then Kars still stomps.
 
tbh I don't think anything Dio may or may not get would actually change Kars just looking at him and going k that's mine now bitch. Then he gets TWOHU except now it can probably fire laser beams from its dick or something on top of being the same just +1.
 
Never met him, but JoJi was ******* terrified that they might have gone to Morioh initially because as he puts it, putting Kars in a hotspot full of Stands Users is just going to end with Kars becoming a ******* nightmare of a swissarmy knife, although he didn't actually put it that way, I'm paraphrasing. regardless JoJi thought Kars would've copied every Stand in Morioh, which includes Heaven's Door (A Stand JoJi knows quite a bit about at this point) and Giorno was chilling in Morioh at the time too so...

Definitely a power Kars would of been able to copy if he ever met Giorno in theory if I recall.
