I'll go out on a limb and say he finishes this with Jyōhei with something like Finger-Grab, given the rules excluding weapons and Motobe's Jiu Jitsu background

Oh this is much more interesting then. Also shouldn't Motobe have weapons since characters like Dorian and Doyle are allowed them?
