Battle for Dream Island Discussion Thread Again (BFDIDTA): Yeah, what? What do you want?

The Earth's diameter. Given, X just busts himself all the way to the center of the Earth, according to Four.

However, if you believe it is wrong, to back it up, X took at least a day to get there and back. Meaning he tanked himself hurling towards the Earth's crust.
 
can't you figure out how far he went by timing the amount of time he spent underground when you consider that Four gave an exact velocity for X hurdling to the earth's core?
 
Well, it should be noted that every episode would at least be a day, and every stinger takes place at night. And even at night, X was still shown hurling. Assuming every challenge starts in the morning or at noon, that means the gap between the challenges and the stinger would have to be 6-12 hours.

Given Four specifically stated X to be moving to the Earth's center at 2763 mph (1235.172 m/s), and that the Earth's radius is 6371000 meters, we can determine that it takes 5157.98609424 seconds (1.43277391507 hours) to get there at that speed.
 
to be fair, he would've spent lots of time moving around looking for his treasure too and presumably would've spent a lot of time in the exact center of the earth
 
and clearly he saved the one that he knew the exact coordinates for for last since he already knew exactly where it was
 
Actually, Yellow Face's Flamethrower might be hotter than Lava.

At least it isnt something like Pin being crushed to death by a tree in the same episode Needle was burnt to death anyways... we dismissed the tree crush numerous times to be PIS.

Needle being immune to lava shows that Yellow Face's flamethrower would have to be much hotter than it in order to kill her. Otherwise, it may just be another PIS moment.
 
And I have been thinking this numerous times, yet denying it, but should the Objects get Inorganic Physiology (Type 1)? They arent even human, and the insides of them are like what you would find in an actual object irl.

Problem is, they can be poisoned (unless a limited physiology is allowed?), and mutilated (unless Four's Biological Manipulation is actually Transmutation).

They are able to eat things, meaning they have a digestive system (maybe via toon force), the have tongues and mouths, even Bubble and Teardrop do. Their limbs are inconsistently skin and the material the object is made of too.

Poisoning non-organic matter is actually fairly common (Pokémon is the first example that comes to mind)

You can argue that this is like Marvel Comics or DC Comics where the videos are made out of entertainment than consistency, but many other Tier 8 and Tier 7 feats back up their tier, and anything dumb they died to if a PIS moment/Outlier, such as Bomby's explosions, which tend to be vastly inconsistent on what they kill and the size of said explosion, so much to the point that those explosions of Bomby were dismissed to be gags.
 
i mean you can give them inorganic physiology, but it doesn't really seem to ever help them since they otherwise act just like humans, except for, funnily enough, david and dora
 
type 1 inorgaic physiology is fine, although we should put it on the CRT with class M.

Also, can you get some scans of announcer showing the score board and setting up the contests

1. Yes, it's about the Announcer having Technology Manipulation and Creation, I need scans for those and I don't know how to do it where you can specify which timeframe
 
i just made a crt to probably downgrade the speed of almost every contenstant cuz tbh they really shouldn't scale to puffball. Feel free to comment on there and add your thoughts

As for Akuto, he cant die unless the Law of Identity allows him.
 
oh speaking of speed, does anybody have a pre-existing calc for the fastest speed at which coiny and firey slap eachother? I was wondering if it'd manage to be faster than coiny's stick throw

1. Ressurection says no to Four killing him, which is infinte and combat applicable

2. His High 1-A immortality is combat inapplicable in his non 1-A keys, although he has some decent hax to deal with Four
