for the record i disagree with Lavos getting it, but that's neither here nor there. In any case, as far as I know her erasure will work on Lavos and his mid-godly, and she's got the range to deal with his type 3. With that in mind, it's a matter of who hits first.

The only possibility for High Godly I see was that Lavos can still come back from being erased from history, I think. That might not be enough, though, and that doesn't save him from being Law or Concept yeeted unless "concept" or some similar term is specifically mentioned.
