Let's see if Sonic can get in the top 5 strongests Low 2-Cs

Both at Low 2-C, speed equalized, Sonic has the Sword of Acorns and a Chaos Emerald.

Well, i'll give a vote to Lavos for this, even though Sonic's FateHax is still a factor and Lavos is only a Type 3 Acausality.
 
Sonic has dealt with something similar before and managed to deal with it IIRC.

BTW, I'm not very knowledgeable into Archie, so I wouldn't totally jump into conclusions yet.
 
Lavos empowers a similar sword in the Masamune (CC version). Not to mention the sword gets molecularized by getting close to Lavos so Sonic can't null. Even in the best case scenario, he mills a single Lavos and gets super nommed by the dupes.
 
The Sword of Acorns has Precognition and its own stack of Fate Manipulation. Not only will it know of its own possible destruction, but also of any means that will make them lose. So it essentially starts with the very outcome that ensures that Sonic wins, be it from Power Null at a safe range, Absorption of it's own that can reach across an entire city, or any other way that's effective, because Sonic dies or gets incapped fairly quickly otherwise. And that's the exact thing the Sword of Acorns wants to avoid.

has been shown to affect acasuality 3 2A having power 2A does not mean that it can reach that range.

Problem is that Lavos's absorption eclipses Sonic's one. By miles. Same with precog, as Lavos sees thousands of years into the future in an instant. Not to mention the anti-fate Powers it gets upon eating Schala (Also...is the SoA's fate powers legit? The scan justifying it says that the SoA prevented them from falling to their deaths, which hardly implies fate screwery, especially given we're talking about Low 2-Cs falling to their deaths). Besides, Dream Devourer is nonexistent and there's a literal infinite amount of them.
 
The scale of precog throigh how far it can see into the future is irrelevant when all it needs to see is like a minute in advance at most, and the SoA's Precog is a passive thing that doesn't need to be activated. The Absorption was really just a feasible wincon I mentioned, as Power Nullification will do the trick just fine. Which Sonic will do in character, as the SoA will possess him if necessary to accomplish it.

A Low 2-C falling to their death is no worse than a Low 2-C getting knocked out by a motorcycle, both of which can happen in Archie.
 
The Sword of Acorns possessed Sally, though, when necessary. It's a sentient being that, while it can't shut off it's power from the weilder, can choose who to aid.

That, and the Sword killed the Ancient Walkers. Beings that are Omnipresent on a 2-A scale. Not sure of that's comparable to Type 3 Acausality tho.
 
High-Godly? Jesus.

Still wouldn't help against Power Null though, as that is his most reliable wincon and I doubt the Sword is gonna try a hack and slash.
