High 8-C Tournament (Round 1, Match 1) Arlong VS Shigeo Kageyama

Let the tournament begin!

Both are High 8-C (Post 7th-Division Arc Shigeo is used)

Speed Equalized

Arlong: 7 (Schnee One, The Calaca, NotoriouSoda, 00potato, Buttersamuri, I'm Blue daba dee daba die, GoldenScorpions)

Shigeo Kageyama: 2 (Jackythejack, Oblivion Of The Endless)

Inconclusive:

He could lift him up since he doesn't have a way to hold himself down then. But he couldn't toss him side to side if he still is on the ground. Since he could use the ground to hold himself

He doesnt know about his abilities so he wont have the time to do it. Mob gets a free hit with TK in the start and spams ranged attacks later regardless

Then mob breaks apart the ground. As it goes with High 8-C. Lifts up large chunks of the ground and smashes those around or into Arlong. Basically, Arlon can't do anything without getting TK'd into oblivion

How? Arlong can push back against any attempt to lift him up with more force.
He cant push himself down when he is getting lifted by an unknown, invisible force, unless he has flight or hold down into an object in the ground (which he wont have time to do it)

At this range, Arlong could definitely dodge or block since he will have ample time to react (speed is equal.)

Oh, Arlong doesn't have the water bullets listed on his range. Weird.

Pretty sure Arlong one-shots in the same way Luffy did before the match was deemed as a stomp.
