Speed is equalized, both are 4-B (Final form Lord Tirek and Planetary Four are used), and the battle is in a star-sized colusseum. Both are 7500 km away from each other.

Since I overuse it too much, for once, Four wont have the Anti-Flying Button, unless completely necessary if things get too out of hand.

He does not. MLP got Multi stellar upgrades. And regardless. Even if using stellar. He gets his stellar from overpowering multiple other stellar level ponies and having the power of them. So Tirek is superior

Celestia, Luna, Candance, and Twilight should scale to 4.08 KiloFoe. He took all their power. Plus discord who casually overpowered Celastia and Luna at the same time. So Tirek is vastly stronger

Tbh. His regen may not even be high enough to where atomizing him is necessary. Regardless. Sheer power, and capability to steal magic which is very in character to do gives Tirek a win

His EXIT. Its something he does every time in character every episode, in the case of coming to an annoyance or elimination. In this case, Tirek would be an annoyance. Alternatively, Four's screech can KO Tirek if hes too close to it.
